Quality Assurance Program
TranTech’s approach to quality assurance—Integrated
Performance Management (IPM)—focuses on preventing
quality problems through a program of continuous assessment
and improvement that gathers and records information
on policies and procedures, requirements, goals and achievements,
opportunities for improvement, and other project status
and service delivery information as a continuous flow
of measurements and reports. TranTech developed IPM in
order to institutionalize the following best practices:
- We work with our partners, employees and customers
to create performance teams with common goals;
- We use a standard set of methodologies, processes
and systems that are designed as integral components
of a shared performance and management environment
but which are flexible enough to be tailored to the
needs of our partners, employees and customers;
- We integrate the information we use to perform
with the information we use to manage and share that
information with our partners, staff and customers
using state-of-the-art collaboration software over
the Internet; and
- We maintain a program of corporate oversight and
governance that includes continuous performance tracking
and monthly Program Performance Review by TranTech
senior managers.
