The COMMerce Information Technology Solutions (COMMITS NexGen) program is the successor to the COMMITS program, also sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce. TranTech held a prime COMMITS-ISE (Information Systems Engineering) contract, and now holds a prime COMMITS NexGen Tier II contract. COMMITS NexGen is a competitive IT solutions contract awarded to exceptional small, small disadvantaged, small 8(a), small woman-owned, small veteran-owned, service disabled veteran-owned, and small HUBZone businesses. The selection process selected vendors who are able to deliver top quality, performance-based IT services and solutions that meet government mission requirements. The COMMITS NexGen program delivers IT services and solutions with a streamlined acquisition methodology.
