GSA / Office of Management and Workplace
TranTech has supported the GSA Office of the Chief People Officer for over six years in the design, development, implementation and management of the Comprehensive Human Resources Information System (CHRIS). Based on Oracle’s HR application, CHRIS has been redeveloped specifically for Federal civilian use, and is now the basis for GSA’s ASP services to several other agencies that have outsourced their HR systems services to GSA. Based on business process reengineering, TranTech modified Oracle HR to create and implement alerts; establish business rules and workflow; develop data bridges and filters; built the interface to GSA’s legacy Payroll system; managed data migration; assure system security and configuration management; create web interfaces; and implement data mining and reporting tools.
GSA / FTS - Customer Service Center (CSC) Technical Support
TranTech provides a team of senior-level systems engineers who possess the technical expertise necessary to assist and support the Customer Service Center (CSC) in monitoring and assisting more than 200 federal government agencies in the maintenance of day-to-day activities associated with FTS telecommunications services. TranTech performs requirements analyses, including requirements for agency service migrations and implementation activities. We provide support directly to agencies through onsite technical visits to monitor day-to-day operations; and provide answers to agency questions on FTS contract services, including price reasonableness and technical parameters. TranTech assists the CSC by participating in customer service activities, such as conferences, program reviews, site surveys and telecommunications service test events, and documenting the activities through structured minutes, various technical reports, and position and issue papers on technical topics resulting from the activities.
