Doug Cain
Vice President, Corporate Technology

Mr. Cain joined TranTech in 2001 and is responsible for all facets of Information Technology for TranTech. This includes all communication devices such as switches, routers, telephone nbx's, data and communication circuits, workstations, servers, printers, presentation systems, and physical and network security systems. Mr Cain also performs all IT related functions of management, configuration, implementation, availability, communication, security for all IT components, setups for remote facilities, and corporate web site maintenance. Before joining TranTech he served as a Communications Officer and Network Engineer in the Air Force. With 15 years of hands-on experience, Mr Cain has engineered, implemented and supported numerous WAN, LAN, VPN, EMail, firewall and security systems. He has served as lead engineer for IT management, configuration, and implementation on systems that were expanded in capability, increased in availability, and enhanced in security. Mr Cain holds a BA degree in Computer Science from Spring Arbor University plus several IT-related certifications.

Barry Ford
Program Manager

Barry Ford is a Program Director at TranTech, providing performance-based IT infrastructure support to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) with the Department of Transportation. He has almost twenty years of experience in the information technology field. Prior to joining TranTech Mr. Ford held significant technical and management positions at several computer technology and banking organizations in the metro area. He has spearheaded projects that have been formally recognized by customers for using leading-edge technologies to create innovative, cost-effective solutions. Mr. Ford is a graduate of Haverford College.

Ron Saltzman
Sales Manager, Criminal Justice Solutions

Ron Saltzman is TranTech's Sales Manager for MediaSolv Criminal Justice Solutions, responsible for sales of MediaSolv Video Interview Solutions (VIS) and integrated Digital Evidence Management Solutions (iDEM) to all state and local Law Enforcement agencies. Ron has over 25 years of combined sales and sales management experience. Before joining TranTech, he was Director of Government Sales for FUJIFILM USA, where he managed Federal, state and local business development for Fuji Digital Imaging and Law Enforcement on a national level. Ron was also previously an Applications Manager for Polaroid Corporation in the Midwest, focusing on Law Enforcement, Scientific and Medical imaging applications.
