TiTi McNeillTiTi McNeill
President/CEO

Ms. TiTi McNeill, the founder of TranTech, is a graduate of the American University with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Computer Systems and Applications. She has been active in the computer industry for over 20 years, developing innovative solutions for business applications to meet the needs of government and private industry. TiTi is responsible for directing and controlling a multifaceted technology operation.

Harry ThornsvardHarry Thornsvard
Chief Operating Officer

As TranTech's COO, Harry will be responsible for setting the corporation’s strategic direction and growth goals, as well as leading and managing the entire organization in business development, contract performance and internal administration. His extensive IT experience and leadership in developing and growing organizations will be invaluable in TranTech realizing its growth objectives. Harry is a leader in achieving high customer satisfaction in service delivery, contract performance, and staff development.

Harry’s background: Mr. Thornsvard joined RDR as President & CEO in late 2004 where he led RDR through a leadership transition and produced year-on-year profitable results. In addition to the Profit and Loss responsibility Mr. Thornsvard was also responsible for the corporation’s customer relationships as well as the business development of the organization.

Prior to joining RDR, Mr. Thornsvard was a Senior Vice President with CACI International, where he was responsible for managing CACI PTI, a $ 100M million business unit. Mr. Thornsvard joined CACI through its acquisition of Premier Technology Group, Inc. While at CACI (18 months) Mr. Thornsvard more than tripled the size and value of his business group.

Mr. Thornsvard joined PTG in 1998 and served as Chief Operating Officer of PTG at the time of its sale to CACI in 2003. Mr. Thornsvard was responsible the customer relationships of the corporation as well as the smooth operation of its business units and support functions. While serving as COO the business base and profitability of PTG grew and ultimately the corporation was sold to CACI in 2003.

Prior to his retirement from the Army after over 22 years, Mr. Thornsvard commanded at every level through battalion, was the Director of the Logistics Training Department at the Quartermaster School at Fort Lee, Virginia, and was the Division Materiel Management Officer of a Light Infantry Division.

Bill BowserBill Bowser
Senior Vice President, Strategic Programs

Mr. Bowser joined TranTech in October 2007, and since then has directed the development of TranTech's business bases for the U.S. Air Force and Defense Information Systems Agency and performs as the TranTech Program Manager for DISA ENCORE II.   Mr. Bowser has over 33 years experience in the technical and business management of consulting and information technology companies in the government and commercial marketplaces. Mr. Bowser has managed several multi-billion dollar government IDIQ contracts in addition to managing several multi-million dollar project implementations. He has direct successful experience in profit and loss (P&L) management, strategic planning, business development, acquisition management, marketing, proposal development, capture and team building in multi-million dollar environments. He has experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) plans and compliance. He has also managed and raised significant amounts of venture capital; and, has participated in an initial public offering (IPO).

Prior to joining TranTech, he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Air Force and Logistics Group at NCI Information Systems. Executive Vice President and COO of RJO Enterprises; Group Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Presearch Inc; and, Contracts Director of CACI, Inc. Prior to his employment in private industry in 1979, Mr. Bowser worked as a contracts negotiator and contracting officer within the federal government. Mr. Bowser also holds designation as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA); and, also earned Quality Management III certification with the Crosby Quality College. Mr. Bowser earned a BS degree in Business Management/Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

Doug Cain Doug Cain
Vice President, Corporate Technology

Mr. Cain joined TranTech in 2001 and is responsible for all facets of Information Technology for TranTech. This includes all communication devices such as switches, routers, telephone NBX®'s, data and communication circuits, workstations, servers, printers, presentation systems, and physical and network security systems. Mr Cain also performs all IT related functions of management, configuration, implementation, availability, communication, security for all IT components, setups for remote facilities, and corporate web site maintenance. Before joining TranTech he served as a Communications Officer and Network Engineer in the Air Force. With 15 years of hands-on experience, Mr Cain has engineered, implemented and supported numerous WAN, LAN, VPN, EMail, firewall and security systems. He has served as lead engineer for IT management, configuration, and implementation on systems that were expanded in capability, increased in availability, and enhanced in security. Mr Cain holds a BA degree in Computer Science from Spring Arbor University plus several IT-related certifications.

Mike LongarzoMike Longarzo
Director, Network Infrastructure Programs

Mr. Mike Longarzo joined TranTech in February, 2010 as Director of Network and Infrastructure Programs. He is responsible for all Program Operating Groups and is heavily involved in Business Development.

Mr. Longarzo previously held positions as Director of Information Technology Programs at Day & Zimmerman Government Technical Solutions and as Director of IT Service Management Programs at RDR Inc. While employed at RDR Mike’s group provided critical engineering and operations support to the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Office of the CIO and Communications Directorate as well as support to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Office of the CIO and Business Transformation Office Program Director.

Prior to joining RDR Inc, Mike spent 22 years in the United States Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his 22 year career Mike held diverse assignments to include Nuclear Weapons Platoon Leader, 59th Ordnance Brigade, Dunsen Germany; Field Artillery Fire Direction Officer and Battery Commander, 24th Infantry Division and 197th Infantry Brigade, Fort Benning, Georgia; V Corps Chief Automation Officer, Heidelberg, Germany; USCENTCOM Communications Program Manager, Tampa Florida; and as Deputy Chief and Chief Information Officer of the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Mike served in Kuwait, Bosnia, Hungary, and Germany.

Mike is a graduate of the U.S. Army Field Artillery Officers Basic and Advanced Courses, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky, Lexington Kentucky, and a Masters degree in Information Systems Management from Webster University in St Louis, Missouri.
